Some doors have meshes that are lined up horizontally, while others are lined up vertically.

You will know when you are considered naked when you get a corner message that says "You feel a great burden lifted." This means that you still get the benefits from Nude perks while wearing glasses, hats, jewelry anything that is not in the main armor slot. Things like Power Armor, Vault Suits, Leather Armor, etc. Being " Nude" counts as not wearing anything in "Slot 2", more commonly known as the Main Armor slot. Vanilla offers 4 viable types of armor playstyles: Clothing, Light Armor, Medium Armor, and Heavy Armor.
